Opening Up

bud turns into star,
falling from sky in my heart-
a wish will come true

Just a fun little haiku for you today, my friends, and macros of a pink rhododendron. I photographed it in sequence as it opened up from a bud to a star to full bloom beauty. Magic! Nature is amazing, teaching us that when we open our hearts and minds, wonderful things can happen! Have a great weekend! xx

  17. I enjoy seeing the buds unfold. My Rhodies are about done blooming, leaving me with a lot of dead-heading if I so choose. But they are pretty while they last.
