let me hold your hand
to guide you and protect you
until you grow strong and wise
let me teach you kindness
instill a sense of wonder
plant a seed of love
let me be your light
like a candle in the dark
showing you the way
and when spring comes
that seed will blossom
into a beautiful garden
where nothing but sunshine
will ever glow on
the face of innocence

ReplyDeleteLoredana! hi! Yes cheap jeans at thrift stores are the only way to go. I can't even afford to walk in to that store. So when I saw these jeans for $6 I was in a dream.
ReplyDeleteI could have sworn I commented on this post earlier. Oh well, let me just say you have a talent with words. Great work.
Okay, I found it! I should read more carefully. You said you did the "Get Listed!" challenge, which I hosted for our shy anonymous member, not my FBF challenge.
ReplyDeleteThose seeds of kindness matter, and the results of them are not always apparent for a while. Nice photograph to go with, as well!
