Be the Change

let me hold your hand

to guide you and protect you

until you grow strong and wise

let me teach you kindness

instill a sense of wonder

plant a seed of love

let me be your light

like a candle in the dark

showing you the way

and when spring comes

that seed will blossom

into a beautiful garden

where nothing but sunshine

will ever glow on

the face of innocence
